Dr. Shahram Yazdani

Dr. Yazdani graduated from the University of Western Ontario in the top percent of his class and went on to become an associate at his brother’s practice, where he developed in all areas of dentistry. Dr. Yazdani is forever grateful for the mentorship provided by his brother and Dr. Thibault, his childhood dentist.
To provide his patients with the best and most up-to-date care, Dr. Yazdani has participated in countless continuing education programs. He completed courses on Moderate Sedation and Emergencies at the University of Toronto, a comprehensive 30-day implant course by Ti-Max, and has been trained in periodontal surgery at the esteemed PERIO Institute. Most recently, Dr. Yazdani began comprehensive training in CEREC (same-day crowns), which will allow him to provide some of the most advanced treatments in dentistry today. In addition to continuing education programs, Dr. Yazdani is actively involved in several professional organizations, and has held numerous leadership positions. He is a member of the following organizations:

• Ontario Dental Association
• Ottawa Dental Society
• Scheduling Institute
Dr. Yazdani’s passions include dentistry, reading, food, traveling and play! His love of travel has taken him to Italy, Isreal, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Jamaica and numerous destinations in the United States of America. He and his wife, Camille, are also avid eaters—they love fine foods and enjoy cooking at home on a regular basis. When he is not serving patients, or acting as sous chef at home, Dr. Yazdani loves curling up with a good book. He can often be seen at the local Starbucks or Chapters.
Giving to the community is always a top priority for Dr. Yazdani. Six years ago, he and his amazing team began hosting an annual Free Day of Dentistry, inspiring several other practices across the city to do the same. Dr. Yazdani has also gone on several mission trips with Camille, his wife and partner in business and Alyssa, a long-time friend and colleague.
When it comes to serving his patients, Dr. Yazdani strives to ensure his patients’ oral health goals are fulfilled: “I am here to serve you. I am here to work with you to give you what you want. When you outsource your oral health success to me, I will deliver.”
Dr. Adib Dehghany
Doctor
Dr. Dehghany earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Western Ontario and proudly served as class vice-president during his studies. Returning to his hometown, where he completed his undergraduate studies in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Ottawa.
Committed to community service, Dr. Dehghany volunteered in Guatemala in 2019 and joined a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in 2020. With Dr. Yazdani’s mentorship over the years, Dr. Dehghany has happily joined the Affinity Dental team as a full-time dentist.
Passionate about general dentistry, Dr. Dehghany particularly enjoys working with children. He believes in lifelong learning and has pursued numerous continuing education courses, including one in administering minimal sedation at the University of Alberta to help patients of all ages feel more comfortable during treatment.
Having experienced the benefits of Invisalign® personally, Dr. Dehghany became an Invisalign® provider to offer this treatment to his patients, enhancing both the appearance and function of their teeth.
An active member of both the Canadian Dental Association and the Ontario Dental Association, Dr. Dehghany is dedicated to staying current with advancements in the field.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Dehghany cherishes spending time with loved ones, playing the piano, skiing, and supporting the Ottawa Senators!
